To manage expectations, many of these grants are for very specific situations. Others have limited funding. This list is not intended for wide distribution, more as a quick reference for journalism organization leaders who are trying to connect members and colleagues with emergency support.
Items tagged Work Crisis refer to being targeted due to the nature of your job as a journalist (ex: due to authoritarian government or cartels). Items tagged Personal Crisis are more general (ex: layoffs or physical inability to work). Some grants may cover both.
